The Office provides information about Summer Schools that are run by some of our partner insitutions here. Students and staff of the University who want a Study Abroad experience but not able to do that during the academic year (in the case of students) can take advantage of these opportunities.
Below are some of the programmes available.
Frankfurt Summer School is a 2 or 4 week programme. On offer are different academic modules with a wide range of topics (in the Social Sciences, Humanities, and Natural Sciences). As additional options, students can participate in German language classes and a virtual social and cultural programme. The application deadline is June 18, 2021.
The Hanze Summer School is open to all students of the University of Cape Coast. Courses are offered in a number of fields, ranging from business and communication to language training. Focus is on combining academic knowledge with practical application. As a result, you will not only have classes from their dedicated lecturers, but you will also experience the practical side of your study through field trips and business excursions.
The courses consist of 90 hours: 80 teaching hours + 10 hours of technical and cultural visits and are taught in Spanish, except for the courses "Digital Marketing and Digital Business" and "The Innovation of the 4th Industrial Revolution in a globalized world" which They teach in English. Theoretical classes are complemented with technical visits to companies and institutions and public and private organizations, and with cultural visits to the Prado Museum and the "Madrid de los Austrias y de los Borbones".
